Lizzie Dobbles (she/her)

Lizzie discovered yoga in 2014 and her practice slowly became her escape and sanctuary from her rigorous course and theatrical performance schedule. When she initially decided to enroll in teacher training, she only hoped to deepen her own practice, However the more she learned and grew as a yogi, the more her intention turned to teaching and sharing the practice she loves with others. Lizzie completed her 200 Yoga Teacher Training at YogaWorks Back Bay and later her 300hr at Boston Yoga Union.

Lizzie’s classes are dynamic and focus on using the breath to navigate creative, challenging flows. Yoga is a practice of balance. Yoga is a practice in finding stillness in chaos, to finding comfort in discomfort, of pushing yourself when you can but listening when you cannot, to maintain focus when overwhelmed. It is a practice for the unpredictability of life, and knowing that there are many things that you cannot control, but you and your breath is one small thing that you can.
