Molly Morgan (she/her)

Molly discovered yoga in 2020 and was immediately hooked. After months of practicing on the Down Dog app, she ventured into Boston Yoga Union and has been a regular practitioner there ever since. You may recognize her from Saturday mornings at the front desk!  18 months later, Molly completed her 200 hour teacher training at Boston Yoga Union, attends workshops as much as possible, and practices at studios across Boston.

For Molly, practicing yoga is an act of self love, an act of healing, and a commitment to a spiritual practice and community. As a former athlete, runner, and busy-body, yoga is a tool Molly uses to explore stillness, quieting of the mind, and spiritual movement. Molly is constantly amazed by and loves exploring the human body throughout her practice and in her teaching.  Molly’s classes focus on alignment and breath, but most importantly curiosity and a commitment to exploring oneself and the physical body. Molly combines meditation concepts and an inspired playlist to create a welcoming, upbeat, and grounded experience.

Outside of the studio, Molly is a lover of all things health food - learning about, cooking, shopping, reading, eating, you name it. She enjoys exploring the restaurants of Boston and New England, meditation, and taking long walks on beaches, city streets, and mountains.
